John Herman is a fictional character created by William Osborne for the App Man web series and is voiced by Jay Silver. He is the CEO of Herman Inc., a multi-business that offers Pay-day loans, as well as being a real estate agency. He took over the business from his late father, Howard Herman in 1998.
